pauline-otienoThe 66th Lola Kenya Screen film forum is scheduled for Monday, May 27, 2013 at 6PM at Goethe-Institut.

CONSEQUENCES, a film scripted by Florence Onyango, directed by Carol Odongo and produced by Cajetan Boy of Et Cetera Productions, shall be shown and discussed at the Forum that has been held every last Monday of the month throughout the year since 2005 when it was launched.

The 66th Forum comes at a time when Lola Kenya Screen, under whose umbrella the Forum is held, is now embarking on a vigorous and much more robust promotion of short films from eastern Africa around the world.

Lola Kenya Screen is also looking for short animation, fiction, documentary and experimental films from practitioners in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, eastern Congo-Kinshasa, Ethiopia, Eritrea, South Sudan, Djibouti and Somalia for their monthly screening, discussion and networking platform that runs throughout the year.
