Africa Food and Cultural Festival.A festival aimed at celebrating African food, fashion, music, culture and people shall be held in Nairobi on November 30, 2013.

The event, Africa Food and Cultural Festival, shall be held at Ngong Race Course between 10.00AM and 6.00PM and the organisers say 13 countries – Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Ghana, Nigeria, Somalia, Morocco, Madagascar, Benin, Senegal, Mali, Ivory Coast – have confirmed their participation in what they term as “the fest and party of the year”.

“Dj Joe Mfalme and Creme De la Creme will make sure you have the best time ever while Dan Aceda takes the stage with the Tyranny of Benga,” says organiser Winnie Mitchelle Chebet. “Kids have not been left out; there will be Zumba junior, bouncing castles and all those manenos,they will have fun.”

Dress code is ‘African’ and entry fee is Sh1,500 (at the gate) and Sh1,000 (advance on ticket sasa, Habesha,Aquarium and Dormans) per adult while each child is expected to pay Sh500.
