That’s the premise upon which My Hot Secretary, a comedy to be presented at Phoenix Players Theatre on March 13-15, 2015, is based.

Friends Ensemble, who present the play, say you should not only grant the dear wife her wish, but also give her the grounds on which to seek the divorce from court!

“Invite your secretary to take over and… and push to have it all done within 24 hours!”

Gate charges are Sh500 per head.

Meanwhile Visa For Music (VFM), Africa and Middle East Music Meeting, is inviting artists, DJs/VJs and music films for participation in its 2nd edition that is scheduled for Rabat, Morocco, November 11-14, 2015.

Eligible films are music documentaries that highlight specific issues on music creation or music in general in Africa or the Middle-East.

Some 24 artists/bands and 4 DJs/VJs shall be selected to perform in front of industry professionals from all over the world.

VFM markets itself as ‘the first professional meeting gathering African and Middle East music” that has “establishes itself as the inter-professional platform for the music industry’.

“The main mission of Visa For Music is to promote the constitution of a music marketplace in Africa and the Middle East in order to offer greater visibility as well as an environment favouring creativity and professionalization in the cultural sector. This event is also a mean to galvanize the cultural creative industries of the concerned region in order to stimulate their economy,” VFM says.
