British Airways have introduced discounts on its out-of-Nairobi flights purchased in advance.
Purchasers can get up to 50% discounts if they book their flights to London, Washington DC or New York 60 days in advance.
Travellers purchasing tickets to London 45 days in advance get a 35% discount while those doing so for the same destination 30 days in advance benefit from a 25% discount.
While these British Airways Advance Purchase Fares are applicable to fares before taxes, Let’s Go Travel agency of Nairobi stresses that all purchases must be done by September 30, 2016 and travel undertaken between July 1 and October 29, 2016.

Meanwhile, Travel Bazaar agency has announced a US$750 return airfare to London for students who plan to travel between September 10 and October 30, 2016.
Travel Bazaar says it also has special holiday packages to Cebu in the Philippines, Seychelles in the Indian Ocean, and Maasai Mara in Kenya.

A five-night/six-day package to the Seychelles on bed and breakfast, economy flights and return airport transfer—excluding airport taxes and excursions—starts from US$1320 per person sharing in five star hotels; US$1070 in four star and US$810 in three-star establishments, respectively.
The holiday package to Cebu caters for a seven-night accommodation on bed and breakfast, airport transfer, economy class airfares on Emirates Airlines and is inclusive of taxes.
For seven nights in the deluxe room of the five-star Shangri – La Mactan Resort, July 1-31, 2016, the fee per holidaymaker sharing starts from US$2390 while the cost per person sharing is US$2510 August 1-31, 2016.
Let’s Go Travel says its four-nights flying package to Seychelles—valid till October 31, 2016—starts from US$1850 per person sharing
It covers return flights from Nairobi, return airport transfers, four-night half board accommodation in a 5 star hotel, and Travel insurance valid for the holiday-maker’s stay in Seychelles.
If you prefer to fly to the Maasai Mara, the Travel Bazaar’s flying package is Sh64000 (about US$640) per person sharing at Mara Engai. This is for two nights over the weekend, Friday-Monday.

The package caters for return flights inclusive of taxes and airstrip transfers in Mara, two nights’ accommodation on full board basis, one shared scheduled safari game drive per day, bush breakfast, water, tea and coffee, and WI-FI. It excludes park/conservancy fees, additional game drives, and any other extra service.
Let’s Go Travel, too, has a 2-night flying package to Maasai Mara valid July 1-October 15, 2016. It costs Sh66000 (about US$660) per person sharing (Sh33000 per child sharing) and includes return flights from Nairobi, return airstrip transfers, two-night full board accommodation, game drives and nature treks.
Its flying package for two nights to Samburu Game Reserve—valid July 1-October 15, 2016—costs Sh75000 (about US$750) per person sharing.
The package covers return flights, return Samburu airstrip transfers, full board accommodation, and shared game drives. It excludes park entry fees, drinks, and any item not quoted in the offer.
