Organised by Kenya Publishers Association, it has been held annually since its inauguration in 1996.Nairobi International Book Fair returns, for the 24th time, to Nairobi’ Sarit Centre Expo Hall in Westlands September 27 – October 1, 2023.

The theme of the 24th Nairobi International Book Fair that provides a platform for networking and showcasing of goods and services is Nurturing Talent Through Publishing.

Among the activities lined up during the 24th Nairobi International Book Fair that has no gate charges include workshops for authors, illustrators and designers; buying and selling of Rights; children’s reading and buying of books at half their regular prices.
