The world’s most city for foreigners in 2008 is Luanda in Angola while the cheapest is Maseru in Lesotho.

A survey carried out by the British consulting agency, ECA International, placed four Japanese cities (Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya and Kobe) in the five top positions.

According to Tourism-Review.Com, ECA compared the prices of 125 consumer goods and services commonly used by expatriates in 370 locations around the world.

The study did not include the cost of accommodation or school education that, according to ECA, are usually paid for by the employers of expatriates.

Luanda retained the first place it took in 2007 due to the fact that the products used by expatriates are rare and therefore expensive.

The 2008 full ranking is as follows:
1. Luanda (Angola),
2. Tokyo (Japan),
3. Yokohama (Japan),
4. Nagoya (Japan),
5. Kobe (Japan),
6. Moscow (Russia),
7. Abuja (Nigeria),
8. Copenhagen (Denmark),
9. Oslo (Norway), and
10. Geneva (Switzerland).

Meanwhile, the American Association for Nude Recreation (AANR) has released a list of various nude resorts, giving new meaning to “bare bones” affordable winter vacationing.

ETurboNews.Com quotes AANR as having said, “Hotels and resorts are all climbing on the bandwagon with “bailout,” and “stimulus” packages. But for a truly affordable “bones” winter vacation, nothing beats a getaway to a nudist or clothing-optional resort.”

AANR says, “all one’s needs will fit in your carry-on; ergo, no checked luggage fees will be incurred. Second, no need to purchase any “cruise wear”, some sun block, a beach towel, hat and sunglasses will do the trick.”

Would you like to try out this? I for one can hardly wait to get to a California beach for my nude holiday. Call it getting closer to the order of things as the creator made them!
