The 2014 Commonwealth Short Story Prize attracted more than 3,700 entries from almost every country in the Commonwealth. This was an increase of more than fifty per cent from last year’s total.
Awarded for the best unpublished fiction in 2000-5000 words, the Prize aims to identify talented writers who go on to inspire their communities and aims to promote the best new writing from across the Commonwealth.
