Sylvestre Amoussou of Benin won the second best prize at FESPACO 2017.The 25th bi-annual Pan-African Film and Television Festival of Ouagadougou (FESPACO) and the 5th annual Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA) have so far gone down in Burkina Faso and Nigeria arch 2017.
