The interdisciplinary programme of London Craft Week 2019 spotlights elite craftsmanship wherever it is found.An annual event showcasing what promises to be exceptional craftsmanship and creativity from around the world shall be held in May 2019.

The fifth London Craft Week, that shall be held in various venues around the British capital, London, May 8 – 12, 2019 is expected to create opportunities for art lovers to interact with leading craftspeople, thought leaders, brand figureheads, critics and artists at talks, workshops, exhibitions and creative encounters.

More than 240 established and emerging makers, designers, heritage and contemporary brands and galleries from around the globe shall invite members of the public to venture on a journey of discovery behind the scenes to explore the people, processes and materials behind exceptional products, garments, artworks and other crafted objects, according to London Craft Week, a not-for-profit organisation that is organising this event.

Exploring a culture of creativity, visitors have countless opportunities to understand the full context in which beautiful objects are made, to meet the creators and witness their remarkable skills and talent up close and in person.

Organisers of the London Craft Week 2019 say the festival is a wide-ranging platform for artists and makers in every sector, working both in Britain and internationally.
